jodies winter warmer set.

so im on a bit of a roll with it been winter , i can never have enough ear warmers , enough fingerless gloves !
so i designed a set for myself and decided it would be nice to share the pattern with you aswell !!!




6.00mm needles or needles stated for wool.
chunky wool , i used boyes own chunky .
darning needle
button optional.


cast on 24 stitches.

for 6 rows do the seed stitch in any variation you like .
carry on in stockinette stitch ( k1 row , p1 row) till 3.5 inches ( not including seed stitch ribbing) or as long as you like !

for 5 rows do the seed stitch once again.

bind off 

sew side seam together leaving a gap for your thumb.

turn right side out !


matching headband.

cast on 52 stitches.

do 3 rows in the seed stitch
do 3 rows in stockinette stitch
do 3 rows in seed stitch

carry on till desired length i stopped after doing the pattern once.

sew on button at one end (optional) the stitches should be loose enough to use as a button hole otherwise make a button loop

attach button to button hole /loop and then stitch together the side seams :)

  2. Thanks for the pattern! I made these in purple and they look great. Slightly asymmetrical (because I suck at counting and I haven't been knitting long!) but otherwise awesome.
